Wide tee areas lead to large, undulating greens protected by sand bunkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its 7,326 yards stretch along the Ameca River surrounded by native trees and lush jungle. It has 15 lakes, 88 sand traps, and a golf cart suspension bridge that spans the river. It is characterized by having more undulating fairways and greens, making each player&#039;s putting technique a fundamental part of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its layout includes five holes that are played next to the ocean and two more with a view of the sea. Throughout the course there are several lakes and ponds between the holes. It has represented a challenge for professional golfers on major tours such as the Canadian Tour and the Futures Tour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design of the golf course was carried out by Von Hagge, Smelek &amp; Baril. It has 18 holes, par 72, with a length of 7,239 yards. This golf course has an area of almost 70 hectares with 3 holes that run in front of the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In designing it, Greg Norman took advantage of the natural beauty of Litib\u00fa beach and its abundant tropical vegetation.
