The Farmer's Market returns to the Riviera Nayarit

The 2020-2021 Season is already at the door; Most of the markets will open in the first week of November with all the sanitary measures to prevent possible infections of Covid-19.

From November to the month of April, shopping will be quite an experience in the Farmer's Market or Traditional Markets from the coastal towns of Riviera Nayarit, which offer the best organic and artisan products each season.

Following the protocols established by the new normality, also known as “Farmer's Market” they are ready to receive the first wave of winter tourists from the United States and Canada.

These “Farmer's Markets” mix the style of the Mexican tianguis with the North American markets, and are a good option to buy organic food, meet producers and artisans from the region and spend an excellent morning and afternoon on Saturday or Sunday in the company of family and friends. friends.

It is important to clarify that, in order to reopen these spaces, all protection measures have been followed, so that visitors can shop safely. On the other hand, not all of them will open their doors, some have decided to wait until the 2020-2021 season, once conditions have improved.

La Cruz Market

The pioneer artisan market in the region announces its eleventh season starting November 1, now with a new location next to the amphitheater, inside the Marina Riviera Nayarit. La Cruz Market is also known as “Tianguis Huanacaxtle”, and it is perfect to have a good time. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., attendees will be able to visit the wide variety of stalls that sell many different types of handmade products, organic fruits and vegetables, cheeses, sausages, typical clothing, and much more.

Sayulita Town Market

The Mercado del Pueblo in Sayulita will open its doors on November 6, 2020 and will remain every Friday, from 10 am to 2 pm, until May 2021. With a wide variety of organic products, live music and Too much fun.
