This two-story building was inaugurated on November 28, 1979. During its more than 30 years, the tenants have been Vallarta families. It also allows economic activity for indigenous families, who make beautiful representative pieces of their culture. The building has 159 stores and 132 tenants who support their economy by selling typical regional sweets, leather and silver items, wooden toys, or any other souvenir you can imagine.

Vendors with wide, sincere smiles draw attention with their arms to display their wares. You can find shops with leather products, beautiful handbags, bracelets and even footwear made by artisan hands with patience and many details. Jewelry stores with exclusive pieces, river and sea pearls taken by the locals. Stones carved and polished by hand to give it a beautiful shape and highlight the necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
