On May 21 and 22, Puerto Vallarta will be the scene of the 'Fire Ride Festival', a high-level event that will bring together 40 professional riders from different parts of the world who will star in an attractive show that can be enjoyed by lovers of cycling and extreme sports.

This is an important event for Puerto Vallarta, since it brings together in the same space the spectacle of downhill, luck and freestyle acrobatics, bringing families the opportunity to be part of an unparalleled day, in addition to contributing to the reactivation of the sports tourism that has been resumed in the city, for which reason the necessary facilities have been provided for this, and on the part of the organizers, there is a specific protocol to continue taking care of the health of attendees and participants.
The athletes will try to beat the world record in the 'Fire Ride Festival' which is 7.50 meters above the level of the ramp
The director and coordinator of 'Fire Ride', Gabriel Cuevas, announced that it is an international event that will take place in two days, starting next Friday from 3:00 in the afternoon and until 8:00 at night, the date on which the highest jump competition will take place, as the athletes will try to beat the world record, which is 7.50 meters above the level of the ramp, which represents the height of a three-story building.

For Saturday, the meetings will take place from 10 in the morning to 8 at night, having the Downhill competition, where two cyclists will be facing each other and the one who makes their descent first will advance. Tickets are already on sale in various establishments in the city, as well as at the ticket offices of the place located behind the Campo Verde subdivision, with an entrance on Avenida México, passing the CUC, which will be duly signposted. In addition to the sports show, there will be music and food.
With the participation of 40 professional athletes from countries such as England, France, Chile, the United States, Colombia, among others, six of which are women who will be competing in freestyle, which speaks of the inclusion that this sport has had.
