Cine Club El Muégano offers in March a cycle around the manipulation of medical science for political and economic purposes. Three censored documentaries and a multi-award-winning piece of fiction, to think and reflect on a hot topic.
Cine Club El Muégano offers a cycle of hot news on Fridays in March 2022: «Medical fraud». Three documentaries and one fiction piece expose data and stories about the manipulation of medical science for political and economic purposes.
The cycle starts in chronological order with «House of Numbers», a 2009 documentary by Canadian Brent Leung that investigates the inconsistencies of the official narrative about AIDS.
It is followed by a splendid work by Matthew McConaughey, playing a cowboy who fights against AIDS with alternative treatments: «The club of the evicted».
The third evening is with the ultra-censored «Plandemic II», whose title became a plot summary in itself, and became popular throughout the world.
The cycle closes with «Planet Lockdown», a recently released film that collects the vision of dozens of doctors and scientists on the measures adopted by governments as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Four splendid works to think about and debate about topics that are of dramatic importance in these times. Every Friday in March, at 7 p.m., at the Los Mangos Library (Av Francisco Villa, Puerto Vallarta). Contribution: 30 pesos.

"House of numbers" is a work by a director who was diagnosed as HIV-positive in the 90s: practically a death sentence. Years passed, and the “asymptomatic carrier” never got sick. Intrigued, he began to travel the world interviewing the main scientific references on AIDS, other HIV-positive people, and dissident scientists on dogma. Leung's work, which has become an emblem of the scientific community that disbelieves the official narrative about AIDS, is dramatically topical due to the astonishing parallels between AIDS and Covid-19.

The film begins by reviewing Event 201, a pandemic preparedness drill introduced in October 2019, 10 weeks before the COVID-19 outbreak began in Wuhan. The film shows how the “pandemic” was a carefully prepared plan, and reveals the vaccine agenda in designing the Covid-19 crisis.
